The owners, Lucy and Guy, really do pride themselves on attention to detail and the eclectic menu offers something for even the most discerning diners. This is much more than a beach bar, and the freshest foods are always sourced and beautifully presented by the highly trained chefs.

At lunchtime a a lighter bites menu is offered, plus a host of tasty dishes on the main menu including Cannelloni filled with Smoked Salmon and Prawn Mousse, Seared Scallops with Cauliflower Purée, Tempura Prawns on French Bean, Horseradish and Sesame Seed Salad. .

The á la carte menus include more sumptuous dishes, including Fresh Lobster with Rocket, Parmesan and Asparagus Hollandaise, Smoked Supreme of Chicken with White Wine and Risotto Cake, and Whole Fresh Dorada, Steamed in Banana Leaves, Served with Lemon Grass, Chilli and New Potatoes.

All of which are absolutely delicious and a cut above the normal beach bar fayre.

If you still have room for a home made dessert try the Lemon Tart with Mango Sorbet and Lime Créme Fraiche or the sublime Chocolate Truffle wrapped in Brioche, deep fried and served with Orange Ice Cream.
