Step down into its warmth and discover Languedoc marble basins and work surfaces, walk-in cold storage, and French antique cabinetry emblazoned with a splendid coat of arms, in which is housed a full array of restaurant-quality equipment. Moana also offers a fully stocked wine cellar, lifts for fast, discreet service, and in another wing of the house, a second fully appointed family kitchen for those who just cannot resist creating their own fresh, Mediterranean masterpieces.

In this elemental paradise of sun, sky, wind and water, Moana pays homage with outdoor design that acts as a mirror, held up to nature.
