This fabulous restaurant was opened in 1984 by Italian brothers Raffaele and Vittorio Morelli, and its reputation for excellent food and entertainment has spread far and wide along the Costa del Sol.
As one would expect, there is always an Italian twist to many of the dishes on the menu, but the Valparaiso offers much more than this. The flower adorned terrace offers amazing sea and mountain views and the beautiful interior restaurant is comfortable and spacious.
There is also live music and dancing at weekends and extra nights in the Summer.
Speciality dishes include – Goose Foie Gras with Pear Compote, Trio of Fish Carpaccio with Lime and Coriander Dressing, Hand Made Pasta with Lamb Meatballs, Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce, Rissotto Vittorio with Asparagus, Scallops and Fresh Herbs, and Half Baked Duck with Orange and Grand Marnier Sauce.

2Hi Pete,
Most of the restaurants I review have plenty of vegetarian options, but I will try to get round some vegetarian restaurants, as I know some very good ones exist in and around Marbella and Fuengirola.
