What do you think that chances of you actually having the line working in 4 weeks (20 days)? If it were guaranteed, you could make plans around that, but with Telefonica, it's just a possibility. Remember, they are better now than they were a few years ago. What amazes me, is that they always claim to have such high customer satisfaction rates, which is why they claim that they are entitled to charge such high prices.

If it were guaranteed, you could make plans around that, but with Telefonica, it’s just a possibility.
