As well as being a great city offering all sorts of tourist attractions Seville and the surrounding area also provide some great golfing facilities. There a four excellent clubs which are all a short journey from the centre and are concentrated in the area south of the city.

Zaudin Golf is an 18 hole par 72 parkland style course which is the only one in Spain designed by Gary Player. It is situated just outside Seville, and is a particularly attractive course to walk travelling through orange and olive groves bordered by albero paths which are earth tracks typical of the Seville area. It is flat and relatively easy to play with wide fairways and rolling greens, but some holes (especially the final two) have some challenging water hazards.
The club offers excellent amenities including a hacienda-style clubhouse with views over the course, six artificial turf paddle courts, three tennis courts, two outdoor and one heated indoor swimming pool as well as the Seville Equestrian Centre which offers 2,000 square metres of track (one of which is covered).

The Real Club de Golf Sevilla is an 18 hole par 72 course designed by 1999 US Masters Champion, José María Olazábal. It is mainly flat not difficult to play and with wide fairways, large greens and four strategically placed lakes. The course has plenty of trees providing welcome shade against the heat, with the third hole green completely surrounded by water.
Real Club de Golf de Sevilla has a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar and offers buggy, cart and club hire, tennis and squash courts, swimming pools and a gymnasium.

Just a 30 minute drive from Seville with Aznalcázar to the west, Las Minas Golf opened in 1989 as La Rocina Golf & Country Club and was one of the four golf courses in Sevilla. It has been renamed Las Minas and is a 9 hole course designed by Antonio García Garrido for novices and experts with long and difficult 5-pars. The course is surrounded by orange and olive groves and has raised greens strategically guarded by bunkers and water hazards, making the approach shots tricky. The course has wide undulating greens and four strategically placed lakes, all situated in a natural environment which is a migration route for many birds, a breeding point for several endangered species and a refuge for the Iberian Lynx and the Imperial Eagle.

La Pineda is the oldest golf course just south of the city of Seville, designed by Rodrigo and Felipe Medina Benjumea it was founded in 1939. The front 9 holes were added to the original 9-hole course in 1992 and the par 72 course represent is challenging to play
The wide fairways are reasonably flat and separated by thick, mature vegetation and palm and pine trees. Strategically placed bunkers in front of the small greens means that the approach can be quite tricky. The par four first hole is rated as one of most difficult with a dogleg.
La Pineda has a very prestigious Country Club and is a private course. Playing here is only possible on invitation by a member.
