You may not be able to afford the finer things in life but why not treat yourself to a taste of the high life. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or fun filled holiday, Puerto Bans on the Costa del Sol can cater for all your needs.

Why not hit the port and discover how the other half live. Take a romantic stroll past the impressive collection of yachts, or maybe you prefer to soak up the atmosphere from the comfort of a nearby cafe. Puerto Bans is a people watchers paradise with a variety of bars and restaurants to admire the scenery. From sipping cocktails in Mumbai to mouth watering hot chocolates in Stereo Lounge, there really is something for everyone. If you like to be in the centre of the action, try the infamous Sinatras bar, prime location for some star spotting!

Puerto BanusNot only is Puerto Banus renowned for its buzzing nightlife but for its fantastic array of shops even if youre just window shopping. It has all the usual suspects including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior and many more spread along the marina. If you dont fancy getting hot and bothered in the mid day sun, take advantage of the Spanish way of life. Have yourself a siesta and enjoy the fact that the shops stay open until around 12 o clock at night.

If youre not keen on designer labels you can be sure to stumble on a bargain or two, so make sure you pass by Marina Banus. Here you will find some very reasonably priced high street fashion in shops such as Pull and Bear and Bershka, (my personal favourites) as well as your typical Zara and Mango. And if you still cant find what youre looking for, visit El Corte Ingles; a large department store similar to House of Fraser or John Lewis.

Originally designed as an exclusive harbour, Puerto Banus has since become an ever popular must see holiday destination. During July and August feel the buzz of Antonio Bandez Square where everything happens at night. A fusion of locals and tourists gather in the square for the market and other attractions, as well as rides for young children.

With over 320 days of sun-shine, and so much to offer, Puerto Bans is definitely worth a visit.
