My sister and I have visited Spain on many occasions over the past forty years, and are always on the lookout for new places to visit and new things to try. Of course we have tried Paella many times always tasting better when cooked outside at one of the many festivals. But we had no clues as to where the word originally came from. Again the author's on your site have dished up another interesting article. Especially refreshing are the words of ms Love. Well done Andalucia Travel Guide, I feel like get out the rice right now and having a bash at Paella myself. Kind regards Maud Strong
