I really do not know where to start. I was a happy user of Telefonica, even though they were a bit expensive. One day I got a call from an English speaking sales person in a company called Tele2.

Tele2 offered me a complete package with phone and internet a very good price.
At the spur of the moment I accepted this offer. I asked them if everything would work as I had my telephone system today which they confirmed.

The day came and Tele2 was to install my system. They came to my apartment, wired everything up, and nothing worked. Then they left…………..

I have not received anything from Tele2 other than invoices. You can only call Tele 2. They will never come to your home. I called them and we tried to get the system working. They told me to go to the closet where the box is for the apartment. After connecting the router to that point we managed to get it to work. I connected a phone to the router and it worked so Tele2 said everything is perfect.

I tried to say that all I had was a cable coming out of my closet, the router on the floor and a phone connected to it on the floor. None of the other phones in the apartment where working and the wireless router only works for 5 meters. I have no passwords for the router so its open to everyone.

I asked Tele2 to come to my apartment to fix this. I would even pay for it. But they declined.

I have since called Telefonica to transfer the line back from Tele2 to Telefonica. Three months ago. When I call Telefonica to ask why nothing is happening they say that Tele2 has objected to the transfer of my number. This is just to get more money out of me.

Never, never have anything to do with Tele2. They are absolute rubbish.
