Lovers of Ballet are in for a treat in 2008. The Cevantes theatre welcomes the world famous Paris Opera Ballet (BOP} to its stage on the 14th May 2008 with its own homage to the great Rudolf Nureyev
Along with the dancers from the BOP there will be dancers from the Vienna Opera, the London Royal Ballet, and the Berlin opera.
The show is a mix of four famous balets Don Quijote, Le Corsaire, Swan Lake and Romeo And Juliet.
The BOP is one of the best, if not the best ballet company in the world and their youthful dancers produce a display that is facinating and exciting
The group is paying homage to the great dancer Rudolf Nureyev who was the director of the group from 1983 and 1989 during which time he brought his own unique style to the group and created the great opportunities to youthful talent that the group is so famous for
The show on the 14th begins at 21.00 and tickets can be purchased from the theatre website of from the box office directly
