There is so much to do right across Andalucia during the summer months from fantastic concerts to magnificent stage productions .

Throwing a good party is something that the Spanish do well and this year is no exception . There is a host of summer events which will keep visitors entertained whatever their tastes. The people of Malaga are some of the biggest party goers around and they are gearing up for the highlight of the year. The Malaga Summer Fair.

Just before the fair begins however there is an event that is not to be missed . It is the 3rd MTV Malaga Summer event which is been held on the 15th August and this year the organizers have lined up some of the biggest names in the music business

The event as always is been held on La Malagueta beach and begins at 12.30 AM and the acts include

David Bisbal.

This will be the only concert of the summer by the popular singer from Almeria. Since releasing his first solo album in 2008 this Spanish performer has gone on to take the world’s music industry by storm and has built up a huge not just in Spain but across Europe and the USA

Pussycat Dolls

Another of the acts performing is the excellent Pussycat Dolls who since the release of their hit ‘Don’t Cha’ in 2005 have gone on to sell more than six million records worldwide and with the release of their new album later this year ‘Doll Domination’ are set to continue wowing audiences with their own special style. The band have built up a following right across the world and have worked with the fabulous performer Will.I.am of the Black Eyed Peas.

Kardinal Offishall
