Jerez Airport is around 7km (4 miles) north-east of Jerez on the N-IV road. It is also convenient for Cadiz, about 40km south-east, and the resorts of the Costa de la Luz. It is the only airport in the province of Cadiz.
Jerez Airport is very small so facilities are quite limited. There is however a bank, ATM, Bureaux de Change, duty-free shop, café, newsagent and tourist information desk. The airport code is XRY.
Flights to Jerez
There are flights from the UK to Jerez from Manchester (with Monarch and Thomas Cook) and Ryanair (with Ryanair). Vueling flies to Jerez from Barcelona, Madrid and Paris, while its low cost rival, Clickair, operates flights from Barcelona.
Transport from Jerez Airport
Buses
The airport bus stop is located outside the arrivals hall. The M-050 service from the airport stops to Cadiz stops in Jerez city centre. The service runs between 6.30am and 21.30 and the journey to Jerez takes about 30 minutes. For the full timetable, visit www.ctmbc.com.
Taxis
A taxi from the airport to Jerez city centre is about 15 euros, and around 40 euros to Cadiz.
