I have had contact with First Car Group for around 3 weeks. I saw an add in Sur in English and called you and then went to First Car Group office in Estepona and had a meeting with a sales person for First Car Group.
I told him I was interested in leasing a car. We discussed a BMW 320 CAB which you had and also a BMW 330 CAB which was on its way in. During this meeting I gave First Car Group my business card.

Since then I have called First Car Group twice and asked to speak to your sales person. He was not in so I left a message twice for him to call me.
He has not yet called me.

I then sent him an email with my questions. I have not had a reply to my email.

Two days ago I called First Car Group again and asked for teh sales person and the girl on the phone said he was not in and if I wanted to leave a message. I said I have tried this twice so it was no use.
She asked if she could help me and I said I was interested in the BMW 330 CAB which was on the way in from Germany.

She told me that it was on the way in but it took TWO months to put on spanish plates, because there where many papers to fill out.
I asked her twice if she really wanted me to believe that it took two months and she then confirmed this.

Anyway she promised that she would speak to the sales person and that she or he would call me back with info on this car. I again left my telephone number.
This is a week ago and I have still not heard anything from First Car Group. No phone, no message, no email.

This is just for your info so that you know why things do not happen in First Car Group on the Costa del Sol.
