Situated only 15 minutes from Fuengirola and the coast, this gem of a restaurant enjoys a fabulous countryside location. Close to Alhaurin el Grande and surrounded by green hills and mountains, Finca La Mota makes for a great family day out.
Well established and run by Arun and Jean Narang for over 20 years, this quirky finca offers visitors fabulous food plus comfortable bedrooms for those who wish to extend their stay.
Open from Spring to Autumn, the attractive terrace area, surrounded by trees and colourful flowers, overlooks the pool, gardens and tennis court. Tables are scattered around the Andalucian patio, which also hosts a pool table and high ledges with bar stools for outside dining.
The food is varied and delicious, and includes a range of barbecued and marinated meats and fish plus a fantastic range of starters and desserts to suit every taste.
Specialities include succulent baby pork ribs, marinated in honey and soy and slow roasted on the barbecue; warm chicken salad with curry mayonnaise and mixed fruits; eggs flamenco with Serrano ham and sauté potatoes and snails cooked in garlic butter and white wine.
Bedrooms are attractive and comfortable, and this is the perfect location for lunch or dinner.

Getting there: From Fuengirola A7 take Mcdonalds exit signposted Coin. Follow signs for Coin. Approx. 15 minutes later you will pass Alhaurin Golf on the right and you will come to a small roundabout. Go straight on here and you will see Finca La Mota signposted on the left 200 metres further on.

2I didn´t know Fina la Mota was up for sale but I do know the current owners have been there more than 25 years,

3Finca La Mota has changed hands in January! The current owners are not interested in selling right now.
