It was Monday November 1 at about 9:30 pm and my credit card payment was not successful. I was not able to resolve the issue at that time. My credit card company was not aware that I was traveling to Spain and treated the transaction as if it were fraudalent. I have resolved the issue and would like to purchase the bag. I could not come by the next day since my flight was very early on November 2. Your sales agent was very helpful and I'm sure she will remember the bag and the transaction. Is it possible to purchase and have shipped to the USA ? Also , if it is possible how is the vat exemption delt with ? thanks and have a nice day !
