A bit farther west we have what we would call “best buy”. A fantastic 8 bedroom villa of 1700 m2 on a huge plot going all the way down to the beach. For 9 million euro you really get your monies worth.

Last, but not least have a look at this front line beach villa where the owner is very eager to sell. At 6.5 million euro, 1 million below the bank valuation the is a very good buy.
