I fly into Madrid Airport and need to catch a train to Malaga is the Train terminal near the Airport ?

We want to travel from Malaga to Madrid. going 25th April returning 28th April using the AVE. We will be coming from Estepona by express bus.
1. Does the Estepona express bus termiate at Renfe?
2. If not how far are they apart?
3. What is the name of the Madrid railway station the AVE terminates.
4.We need to know what district the Madrid station is in so that we can book a close by Hotel.
