So a way to cut costs is to take your own picnic - kids love it and you can give them what they really want - instead of ANOTHER burger. Plenty of water is needed too as being in the water all the time actually draws water out of the body (by osmosis - that wrinkly hand is a clue to dehydration) or something stronger for the lolling adults!
