Benaojan is indeed a very attractive village, and a short walk around the streets surrounding the town hall and church shows just how much Moorish influence is left in Benaojan. Anyone who asks me to name somewhere close to Ronda where a pueblo blanco can be experienced invariably is encouraged to visit Benaojan or it's close neighbour Montejaque.
