Many DMC’s (destination management and incoming companies) are proposing Andalucia to their clients as a top spot for the organization of their corporate event in 2012. Malaga, Granada, Sevilla and obviously Marbella on the Costa del Sol are the most popular destinations for such team building events, incentive trips, conferences and off-site meetings.

Why is this ?

No need to mention the 300 days of sunshine every year… and 2011-2012 winter period seems to be one of the nicest of the last decade with an amazingly sunny and hot climate ! Organizing a corporate event in a sunny and warm place will always be an attractive factor, obviously ! But there is much more offered by Andalucia for large corporate groups : rich culture, unusual outdoor sports, good road infrastructure, professional and well priced hotels offering all the needed MICE services, quality transport solutions, etc. What other destination in Europe could offer all this ???  Not many… and this is why we expect in 2012 a significant increase in the number of companies choosing Southern Spain to celebrate a corporate event.

What are the typical corporate events celebrated in Andalucia ?

No doubt that « team building » events are the most common off-site trips on the Costa del Sol. Generally, groups from 20 to 150 participants, coming from one single or many different countries, meet here to combine business meetings and team building activities.
What kind of activities ?
