I lived in Caleta de Velez for just over a year and had a friend living in Mijas. We never saw the problems you described in another post about the hacienda in Marbella but she did, so now she's back in UK. I miss the feria's I never got to the fuengirola one more than once but I have very vivid memories, especially the young children on horseback and the wonderful costumes of the women and young girls, oh for a slim figure!!
